The challenge
With the launch of a new global fund dedicated to accelerating industrial decarbonization, the Global Industry Hub needed a complete brand overhaul—including a new name, visual identity, and communications platform—that could resonate with philanthropic funders, convey industrial credibility, and position the organization as a transformative force in the climate space. The brand had to balance urgency with optimism, and sophistication with approachability—all while carving out a clear and distinct identity within the broader climate investment landscape.

The new brand identity was built around the concept of catalytic impact—positioning philanthropic capital as a driver of scalable, systemic industrial solutions. A sophisticated new name, warm yet professional visual design, and clear messaging reframed “hard-to-abate” sectors as “yet-to-abate” opportunities. The creative direction emphasized transformation, legacy, and collaborative potential, with storytelling and design elements crafted to resonate across global markets and philanthropic audiences.

The results
The rebrand laid the foundation for a successful public launch, generating immediate interest from key philanthropic and industrial stakeholders. The new identity gave the fund a bold, differentiated presence in the climate space, enabled confident outreach across global markets (with early traction in Asia), and provided the tools necessary to support donor engagement, partnership development, and long-term brand growth.
